修女年度避靜（中文組）
將於1月10日至17日在 高雄聖母升天堂（Assumption Convent）舉行，由康鵬岩神父 CMF（Fr. Piotr Krakowczyk）擔任帶領神師。 本次避靜是一段以 Lectio Divina（聖言誦禱） 為核心的靈修旅程，幫助參與者透過祈禱、反省、分享與靜觀，聆聽天主的聖言。這不是一堂課程，而是一個更新生命、深化與天主相遇的過程。 每天安排上午與下午兩個時段，引導參與者從誦讀聖經，逐步進入更深的理解與祈禱。主題包括：被天主以名字召叫、與天主建立更深的關係、信賴並與耶穌同行、在人的軟弱中體認天主的恩寵、與基督合一，以及在聖神內得到更新。 透過這段旅程，修女們被邀請深化信仰、堅固在教育使命中的奉獻，並重新發現自己聖召的核心。 |
The Annual Retreat of the Sisters (Chinese Group) was held from January 10 to 17 at the Assumption Convent in Kaohsiung, and was facilitated by Fr. Piotr Krakowczyk, CMF (康鵬岩).
This retreat is a spiritual journey centered on Lectio Divina, helping participants listen to God’s Word through prayer, reflection, sharing, and contemplation. It is not a lecture, but a process of renewal and deeper encounter with God. Each day includes morning and afternoon sessions, guiding participants from Scripture reading to deeper understanding and prayer. The themes focus on being called by name, growing in relationship with God, trusting and walking with Jesus, recognizing God’s grace in human weakness, abiding in Christ, and being renewed by the Holy Spirit. Through this journey, participants are invited to deepen their faith, strengthen their mission in education, and rediscover the heart of their vocation. |

From February 17–23, our English-speaking group of 16 Sisters came together for the Annual Retreat, guided by Fr. Jarvis Sy,OP.
As we celebrate the Lunar New Year and welcome the spring season, this retreat arrives at a beautiful moment: a sacred time to pause, reflect, and renew ourselves physically, spiritually, and psychologically. It invites us to begin again, strengthened in faith and recommitted to the mission entrusted to us. Our reflections focused on renewed faith in Jesus Christ remembering that all preaching and ministry flow from His Gospel and Word. We are encouraged to let go of overcomplicated theology and return to the simple heart of Christian faith: Jesus Himself. With Lent approaching, this retreat becomes a time of recalibration, prayer, and conversion, drawing us more deeply into Christ’s Paschal mystery. We place our trust in the Holy Spirit for fresh insight and grace, and we entrust ourselves to Virgin Mary, our model disciple, asking her intercession to help us become more receptive to God’s Word and more faithful in service. |
2月17日至23日，我們16位英語組的修女齊聚一堂，參加一年一度的避靜，由 Jarvis Sy 神父，OP 指導。
值此慶祝農曆新年、迎接春季之際，這次避靜正好在一個美好的時刻來臨：這是一段神聖的時光，讓我們暫停腳步、反思更新，在身體、靈性與心理上獲得重整。它邀請我們重新出發，在信德中更加堅強，並再次委身於託付給我們的使命。 我們的默想重點在於更新對耶穌基督的信德，記得一切宣講與牧靈服務皆源自祂的福音與聖言。我們被鼓勵放下過於繁複的神學思辨，回歸基督信仰最純樸的核心：耶穌自己。 隨著四旬期臨近，這次避靜也成為重新校準、祈禱與皈依的時刻，使我們更深地進入基督的逾越奧蹟。我們將信賴交託於聖神，祈求新的光照與恩寵；同時也把自己託付於童貞聖母瑪利亞——我們的模範門徒——懇求她的轉禱，使我們更能敞開心靈聆聽天主的聖言，並在服務中更加忠信。 |
