Fraternal Visit of the Prioress General to the
Province of San Vicente Ferrer

From January 24–30, the Province of San Vicente Ferrer warmly welcomed a fraternal visit from Prioress General Sor Jeanet Pintacasi, accompanied by Sor Aurora Llamanzares. During the visit, they met with the sisters of the DISTaipei, Taishan, DISKaohsiung, and BIS Convent communities.

In her address to the sisters, Sor Jeanet emphasized that community life is not about perfection but about learning to live together with sincerity, trust, and mutual respect. She highlighted the importance of open communication, attentive listening, and concrete care, reminding the sisters that authentic fraternity fosters peace, joy, and human growth.

She also reflected on mission as a shared responsibility lived for others, for the Church, and for each sister personally. Sor Jeanet underscored the need to care for missionaries, especially those serving in difficult contexts, and affirmed that mission must always go hand in hand with compassion, responsibility, and realistic support.

Addressing leadership and authority, she reminded the communities that authority is a service, not power, and that all sisters are equal in dignity. True witness, she noted, begins within the community itself, as the way sisters relate to one another profoundly influences those they serve, especially children.

The visit concluded with a message of hope and trust in God’s faithful guidance, encouraging the sisters to live their vocation with confidence, love, and commitment, trusting that God—who has accompanied the Congregation until now—will continue to lead it into the future.

       總會長對聖文生斐勒省的友愛訪視

1 月 24 日至 30 日，總會長 Jeanet Pintacasi 修女與 Aurora Llamanzares 修女蒞臨 聖文生斐勒省，進行友愛訪視，並探訪了 DISTaipei,台山、DISKaohsiung 及 BIS 修院三個團體。

在與姊妹們的分享中，總會長 Jeanet 修女指出，團體生活並非追求完美，而是學習如何更好地彼此共處。她強調開放的溝通、彼此的聆聽與具體的關懷，有助於建立信任與尊重，並滋養內心的平安、喜樂與人性的成長。

她也談到使命不僅是為他人、為教會與修會而活，同時也是為每一位姊妹自身。當姊妹們將工作視為團體共同的使命，而非個人的責任時，便能在其中找到更深的意義、支持與喜樂。特別是在困難使命地區服務多年的姊妹，更需要團體的關懷、休息與實際的照顧。

談及權柄與領導時，總會長提醒，教會中的權柄是服務，而非控制；所有姊妹在尊嚴上都是平等的。真正的見證始於團體內部，因為姊妹彼此相待的方式，會深深影響她們所服務的人，尤其是孩童。

​此次訪視在希望與信賴中圓滿結束。總會長鼓勵姊妹們懷著信心與愛，忠實地活出自己的聖召，並相信天主既然一路陪伴修會至今，也必將繼續引領修會走向未來。
